Television, computer, Internet and mobile phone usage impairs your ability of reacting with the reality, apart from blocking your own time of reacting with reality. So, beware of it before indulging in them; remember about it all through while you are indulging in them; limit them; stop them before you cross the limit, if you find them to take more time further beyond the set limit, without being lenient to you yourselves.
