Retain your memory!

If we go on for long time reading, watching or getting entertainment on smart screens, we shall forget those contents soon and easily. Only intermittent stopping in between listening to them, speaking or discussing with each other in that interval time, can retain the understanding and memory from their contents.

Moreover, everything done with mind and body is limited by the usual way we use them. When we use them for a long time, they respond to that type of long period only and not for any short time work. Then, they adapt for excessive listening to the screens only. Later, even when we do other works of shorter periods other than such screens listening, we won’t be able to remember contents of these short works. Recent memory is lost! Moreover, memory of the works done in the past may be also affected, as the mind space has been reduced by the excessive screen listening, and we do not take enough sleep after it. Thus excess screen listening makes one a handicapped person. So, avoid listening to the screens continuously.

Decrease to a minimum!

It is everybody's nature to show their ability and capability to do their activities to a higher level. But this nature may affect both that person indulging in it and the children around him. For example, if you increase the TV sound volume, you may feel exhilarated; but the children around you shall be attracted by the sound towards the TV, stopping their playing/activities. This shall compromise on their learning. And it shall make them addicted to TV-viewing, and lead a sedentary life style in future. It is needless to say that all those listening to the TV with high volume shall also become susceptible to hearing loss. So, in TV listening, reduce volume level to a minimum.
Another example for showing such high abilities is the raising accelerator of the vehicles to the maximum that shall land the person in trouble, surely.

Listen, identify by similarity or difference!

We, the earth living creatures, basically, listen to our environment, then after sometime identify the objects seen earlier in the environment - by similarity, and then in close-up identify any change - by difference, in the same object seen earlier. These processes of listening, identifying and finding differences go on repeatedly in all of our activities – since our birth! These processes are the necessities – to live on in this earth!
