Use senses during the work; no other thoughts!

      Work at the most using your senses fully. Do not give room to any thoughts alongside it. But enjoy with the senses as you do the work. You will find at that night that you have done all your works with satisfaction and shall go to bed with content and peace in mind to have a refreshing sleep throughout the night.

Experience new and get sleep!

       When we are expecting new excitements or are going to visit other places, that we hadn’t gone earlier, our mind is fully occupied with the thoughts of the new place, new objects and new persons. While with these thoughts, our brains are stimulated anew unlike those of the repeated boring stimulations from our residential place. These new exercises in the brain produces deep sleep at night.
