Be aware of life’s uncertainty, and so, think and do all properly!

   This body is not owned by us. Since birth we are fed with food and water from the Earth and its environment. This life in us (or, our form coming alive into this world by birth) is not owned by us: we were created by Somebody else with the nutrients from the Earth – without an intention in it! Then what we own in our life? It is only our thinking and doing activities with the Almighty, the God given body, energy and life. Then, should we not think properly and do good things in life to leave behind our imprints on this Earth? As our liveliness shall stop and body shall return back to the environment of the Earth one day, that is when we die, we should be aware of this fact and be alert about it in all throughout our life time. 

Caring gives new life too!

    If one has an idea and decides to give care to a person, it means that he/she is going to give a new birth/life to that person. So, anybody can take care/give care to persons who need it – either with their knowing about it or without their knowing about it.

Mindful person has no birth or death!

        For a person in this world, "his time or his lifetime" is not pertaining to him. It is for others, to count or assess his years of age. When his activities - from his first breathing (birth) upto his last breathing that caeses (death), they are seen and felt only by others near him/her. So, the starting of life or the ending of life are seen only by others and not by the concerned person himself. Body is a form of vehicle for a person, (and it goes on changing from birth), in which he or his mind is born; it lives in it and goes out of it or stops to function, when the person's body itself stops to function totally.

Don't demand more and more of pleasure!

      Like light and darkness repeat and like day and night repeat, our birth and death may repeat. Here in this world we get thus form, body and mind, and then give them back each time. But, we get only pain or pleasure on our each passing through our lifetime in this Earth.
      Our all experiences in each of these lifetimes are also forgotten with it. Thus, feeling of pain or pleasure is the only thing we have as our own now. So, with the pleasure that we get we must be satisfied and be content. With the pain, we must strive our hard to get rid of it, and move towards pleasure, and then get satisfied after getting it.
      Probably, seeking for more and more of pleasure or for more and more pleasure after the relief from pain may be the reason for our repeated rebirths in this Earth!
