Let us be aware of the presence of switches!

If one feels that he is deeply attached to the present day screens, he can get himself released from them! Suppose that he is listening in a concert. He shall quit the hall in response to an emergency phone call. Or, in case he goes to the restroom there in response to body's urge and returns back, here, he won't miss too much of the concert. Is it not? But in listening to the screens, he thinks only about their capacity of giving him uninterrupted entertainment. He forgets the fact that they can be controlled by his stopping them for now, to listen to later on. So, he has only the desire to continue getting the pleasures out of it forever. Now, f he assesses the situation for a second, as he does for the emergency call at the concert, and quits this screen listening habit, he will be able to control his desires. Thus, only we should control the screens by our switching off both the device and the desire. And we should not make the screens have a command on us through our craziness and through their contents.

Adjust to reasonable demands only!

Do not accept and adjust to others' demands always . When you find others' demands and desires not reasonable and not up to the expected limit, refuse/reject them, and don't adjust with others. Do what pleases you at your level in doing it and not that pleases others at their inappropriate level.

Forgetting out the environment!

If one does a work with concentration and much focusing, he/she is separated from the environment, not having any sensory feeling from the environment (forgetting the environment), and not having the desires that rose out of it earlier or those which are ought to rise out of it!

Desire moderately and be happy!

Nobody can live like Buddha, as he had given up all the desires totally to be happy. But we can be also happy if we desire moderately and be content with that happiness resulting out of it. Only the desire to have more and more of happiness - that craziness should be given up to retain our happy state then forever!
