Use your switch to switch off activities!

It is good to do any activity with concentration. But at the same time, one should also know the time limit and the place of the switch - to stop our overdone activities that appear to be done in a dark room. Ignoring our internal body alarm to switch off the activity means that one has begun to walk into the road of addiction. So, switch off activities at the right time not only to lead a mentally and bodily peaceful life but also to live in a congenial atmosphere!

Adjust to reasonable demands only!

Do not accept and adjust to others' demands always . When you find others' demands and desires not reasonable and not up to the expected limit, refuse/reject them, and don't adjust with others. Do what pleases you at your level in doing it and not that pleases others at their inappropriate level.

Expect disaster if the limit is crossed!

For anything, either an activity/movement or thinking/desiring done, there should be a limit. And that activity or thinking should be repeated within that limit. Then, the life will be peaceful and enjoyable. Whenever the limit is crossed, there will be disaster either in the body or in the mind that carry out it or in both of them.

More and more! What is it?

If your wealth through your job is sufficient for your living and satisfaction, why should you desire for more? If you achieve this 'more' status, then even after this why should you expect for that 'more and more'? Even worse will be your condition when you expect beyond this 'more and more' and become crazy in it! So, be satisfied with what you have now, or at least set a level for this 'more' and limit yourself within it and live a peaceful life after achieving it!

How food influences life expectancy?

The food we take in also influences on our life period in this world! A quarter of our life period may be lessened by our excessive in-take of food than that our body requires. So, we have to avoid craziness towards food. Our mind must give way for the assessment of the degree of  hunger rather than to our desire and food availability - that is either in plenty or scarcity. Another quarter of our life period may be lessened by the bad quality of food that is taken in, either with knowing about it or without knowing about it! Then, when one is in his middle age of life (after not being crazy and taking good food!), he should understand that as the body systems become older and older, the power of digestion also declines, and that he must adjust and align his desires and hunger with proportion to that. If he doesn't adjust so, a quarter of his remaining life may be lessened! Though we cannot extend our lifetime beyond the allotted time limit, we can achieve at least that allotted time. Isn't it? So, all these three factors in eating food must be considered at one and the same time itself, before we make any food a habitual one (- depending on our age either by changing it or altering it, or by replacing it). All these factors are interlinked and interdependent to determine our existence in this world!

Training body and food for life expectancy!

We are influenced by the food we take in. As we grow up from childhood, our body matures and it is trained well by itself to deal with all the food we eat. But there is an age limit for this training. After this limit, we, our self, should train our body, through our mind to make the food digest well and utilise it. This could be done by making better choice of food and its quantity suitable for us and our age. This training will make us touch at least the usual expected end time of our life! If otherwise, our life may end prematurely. So, train body in eating food - by better choice through mind!

Be capable for the next - by limting now!

Trying to get the most out of our abilities is craziness, and wasting the energies of both the body and mind. There is also limit to our capacity and power; this limit varies from children to older persons. Each individual must restrict his activities, that are either physical or mental, to their respective capacity and power limits only. Because, he may become incapable to do those activities next - by being thus 'limitless'!

Limit activity to save time and get satisfied!

If you limit any of your activity after assessing its consuming time, use, advantage, value and worthiness, you can save yourself from unnecessary wastage of energy and time. You can do other useful activities in that saved time and get satisfied with it.

Have limits on activities!

To whatever age one belongs, he/she must have control of mind and have restrictions on too much indulgence in day to day activities; and limit them to a certain hours of the day only. Otherwise, in later life, he/she will feel for the loss of lifetime by such wastage of time in unnecessary activities.

For a Peaceful Mind, again ...!

Avoid tension by these:
1) Don't compel
yourself to do the works that you don't like or to do more than that you wish: do those works that are pleasing, and the rest to a bearable limit.

2) Don't place a check to your basic inner mind desires: relax rules to enjoy!

3) Don't do any work at home or office as a routine always: alter and have a change in work now and then.

4) Don't strain yourself to exhaustion: take rest always intermittently, to get a fresh mind and an energized body.

Stop yourself after questioning these yourself!

Ask yourself:
1) Is it needed? (- if it is not needed, do not continue; stop doing it!)
2) Is it unknown? (- if unknown, do not explore, stop and avoid wasting time in it!)
3) Is it there any limit? (- if there is limit, and crossing this limit, stop it!)
4) Is it on proper time? (- if it is on improper time for doing, stop doing it!)
5) Is it a pleasing way of doing? (- if it is not pleasing, stop it!)
6) Is it a planned one? (- if yes, and you are out of the plan, stop it!)
7) Is it on an agreement? (- if yes, and it is against the agreement, stop doing it!)

Ask yourself these all seven questions each time you detract and act as shown within the brackets above to make yourself congenial to you yourself, and to the relatives, neighbors, friends and others - and to prevent any loss coming out of the work!
