Allot more time and enjoy!

Till yesterday you had been rushing to work each day and got frustrated to be late each time. Now, as you have allotted more time today to prepare and move out to the daily routine work, say to yourself that "I have much time today and shall go to work slowly." Note the time in the wrist watch and confirm it that you have enough time, and slow down the speed of the vehicle you are driving and begin to enjoy this slowly riding pleasure. By this way you can calm yourself avoiding the daily hasty and anxious getting out to work, safely drive through the distance, enjoy working at your office or work site with more energy, and have your health boosted up.
