Question, decide and get out!

If you find no time at mornings before getting out to do regular work, but want to do some extra work, read here:

Ask yourself the following.
1) Is it important and essential to do that work?
2) Is it the proper time to do that work?
3) Is there possibility to extend the allotted time for that work and that could it become more time consuming?
Find answers for them and decide on this and do it / don't do it.

If you are already in doing that work (without any such decision), ask yourself these additional questions after those said above:
1) Is there any time to complete that work?
2) Will it affect the daily routine work?
3) Is it a waste of time at doing such a work?
If answers to these later questions are No, Yes and Yes respectively, stop that work immediately and get out of it, to get out!

Inviting diseases in us!

Two third of the causes that leads us to have Hypertension or Diabetes are preventable by ourselves. Sedentary working, smoking, alcoholism, dietary habits, strain, stress and all others are within our control and can be managed well by ourselves. Half of the remaining one third of causes are from the environment (external). Example: taking unhealthy foods at parties on compulsion. But this too can be avoided by having a good will power to refuse and by sticking to the determination to choose only healthy food. The remaining few causes that are unavoidable, like that of genetic liability, can be tackled well with the medicines! So, blame only ourselves for the increasing number of such Lifestyle Diseases and not others.

Work related stress, strain and the hastiness at work are the culprits that make one susceptible to health disasters like Hypertension and others. In addition to these, even strain and hastiness in starting out to work could also make it worse. So, avoid these all and work with a calm mind to have a disease-free healthy life.

Postpone to have a refreshed mind!

While you have many household works at morning before getting out to attend the routine job, don't be uneasy and nervous. Instead do first only a few works that are important at that instant. Among them too, you can postpone the less important ones to a later time at evening. Now you should congratulate yourself for having done that postponing. This gives in you a ray of hope for getting out in time, that too with a refreshed mind avoiding any hastiness!

Maintain our vehicle, the Body!

We fuel, clean and maintain our vehicles in good condition. But we forget about maintaining our body, the vehicle to carry out all our wishes, whether to do an act or to think and feel! We should care for it by providing enough food, rest and sleep. And we should not ignore any urging signal arising from it, or postpone dealing with it. Have a healthy body with a healthy mind!

Craziness dulls intellect!

Too much indulgence, craziness in anything, and being in a state of fury shall dull and blunt all our senses and intellect. Here the strong desires overcome intellect. So, do anything within the limit and be calm always. If this is not possible stop the act, the source and move away forthwith without a second thought in it *. Take rest and get a calm mind and a relaxed body. Now you shall regain all your intellect and consciousness that will make you realize your previous state and prevent you from entering into it again!
*Note: if you succeed at this point, then your intellect will overpower anything it comes across in its way.

What for are we born? If we go on and on ruminating about this, we shall arrive at only these:
1) We should be proud of ourselves and about our deeds in life.
2) One should enjoy his/her life getting the most out of it - that is pleasing to his/her soul.
3) We should do deeds that will be beneficial to others too, so that those others shall be proud of us, and also remember us in all their lifetime.
We are born only for these, and remember that only these should be our ultimate aim and gain in all our actions, since after our life in this world only these will remain as gained, and will be also remembered by this world.

If they are denied he/she might land up in problems such as tension, weakness, dullness and disharmony at workplace and house. So, either take complete rest or tame yourself to get this well being feeling that gives you a good mood to do satisfying works.

Note the time in the wrist watch and confirm it that you have enough time, and slow down the speed of the vehicle you are driving and begin to enjoy this slowly riding pleasure. By this way you can calm yourself avoiding the daily hasty and anxious getting out to work, safely drive through the distance, enjoy working at your office or work site with more energy, and have your health boosted up.

Caring Mother or Associations!

In an orphaned child, and a person living isolated from the human society, thoughts occur in minds in its own way, haphazardly. They also face many difficulties with fear, and feel all alone. To free them from these, the child needs mother's love and care, and the person the care by the neighbors or the associations. These associations give protection and a micro-society to live on. Associated with them, the child or the person get streamlined and bundled thoughts as its other members have. Other tools to make them more socialized and active are the thought tailoring and caring 'associations' such as schools, colleges, clubs etc. that have been formed out of caring people!

Similarly, a business firm should produce quality products and give (free) offers of them - occasionally (if possible!), to get non-stop flow of customers! Then these customers shall search in future for its products and buy them where ever they are and where ever they go!

Alert yourself and others too!

In doing a routine to get out for work at morning, one should prepare himself for it at the previous day evening itself. This will lessen the burden at morning. Moreover his getting out is not entirely dependent on him only, but also on those other inmates of the house, who prepare for and make his getting out easier and in time! So, the person should also alert beforehand those inmates to do their preparatory work in time, so that he could get out in time.

Safeguard position; do not boast!

A person should not boast. Due to this he/she may be pulled down from the present high position (or deprived of possession). Or others seeing him/her boasting may go up higher in position by their further persevering attempts to rise above. It may happen the worst to a person if he/she lies about the present position or possession and goes on boasting about its existence. One must be quiescent and enjoy the benefits of high position or possession, and try to retain it.

Select and limit food for longer life!

Food is consumed to sustain and continue our life. In it, the taste in the foods makes us to choose the desired food our self. Moreover, this tasting sense with other senses can also check for the quality of the food. Our past experience in us helps also in selecting the healthy food. But above all these, our mind only can limit the quantity of the food we take! So, to have a longer life expectancy, one should select food with senses and experience, and consume it after checking it first with the taste sense. And limit such consuming to the requirement and satisfaction of the body with the effective control on mind.

In writing history, we report about others for others to read about. What is the use in it for us? Moreover, others shall refer to the matter only when they want to read it. At other times it will lie idle. What if you yourself make history of yourself by your character or deeds that others are going to appreciate and write about as History? [It excites (kindles) you, isn't it?] For that, do not waste your entire time in writing or reporting: you have your own place, body, mind, time and environment to act for yourself and impress upon others. Don't lose the opportunities in your life: awake yourself, rise up from the chair, leave the desk and move to the external world!

Think twice but not always!

In doing daily activities our body works a lot, and then takes rest during sleep. We use our mind to think and then act. Usually we think only for a few seconds at a time, but act for a longer time putting our body to work more than the mind. But we should not put our body to work sparingly, and go on thinking for a long time: it is against our human nature. Even if you do so at any time, you must let your mind to stop its thinking, relax and take rest - by sleeping. Otherwise the mind itself may stop its working! So, do not load unnecessarily your mind. Divert yourself in other activities and take rest or sleep to relax both the mind and body to make them to be healthy at all times.

Opinions about Expenditures!

There is always differences in opinion about the expenditure incurred, both in the older generations and the younger generations. Older one thinks of it as too much, whereas the younger thinks it as normal! Older compares the 'number' value of the present day expenditure with that of his/her past experience. But the younger compares the 'existing number' values only, that are presented to him/her and to his/her peer groups. Older one should realize this and that the past number value does not hold now, and the younger should understand and respect the nature of the older and limit their expenditure to avoid any unnecessary and wasteful argument between them.

Unexpected dacoities are happening frequently: so, what could be the cause for these? The main cause is the desire to get the luxury things that could not be acquired in one's lifetime. These luxury is not needed for a contented and peaceful life. Then what is the reason for such unnecessary desires? Of many, the powerful is the influence of advertisements that promise pleasures for all - irrespective of the people's purchasing capacity, whether they are rich or poor! For curbing this, people must choose the suitable advertisement media that evokes only those desires that fit to their buying capacity. So, to lessen dacoity indirectly, people must limit themselves in getting such information and conveying them to others.

We protect our machines from damages by providing care to them. Then why should not we protect the other living things that live or exist with us (such as ants etc.)? Remember that we, as humans, are incapable to remake or wake them up from their death done by killing! We should not kill them as far as they do not harm us, and should protect them from being killed as far as possible - without ourselves being harmed or harming ourselves, in the act.

Time has no End or Beginning!

As we wish, we can shift our place of residence to another place nearby or far off. But we cannot shift our existence from today to yesterday or tomorrow! So, note that 'time' has no limits - end or beginning. (Or we may be inside that unknown great period of time unconscious about it!). We, as humans, have only just apportioned the ensuing future or the past time into equal parts for our convenience and easier management of time - in harmony with the periodicity of our earth's weather conditions. After realizing this, now each and every one of us shall infer from this that the arrival of a New Year is just a part of our counting of years - one after the other, as we had counted earlier the previous year at its arrival!
Anyway if this declared End and Beginning give hope and happiness, I say, 'Bye' to 2009 and 'Welcome' to 2010!
