Take rest to recover and redo!

We are living matters having all the mechanisms to recover from any injury or tiredness. This is done by our body only to restore us to healthy state, and to resume to do our regular activities. But we ignore these mechanisms compelling ourselves to do more work - even after getting tired or injured! What a craziness and addiction we have! Added to this, we, the living matters, depend also on non-living things such as alarm clocks - to wake up our tired body from sleeping! Thus we also do not respect and allow the biological clock of our body, that rings and wakes us up after our body's taking adequate rest.. Are these sensible habits? Think on it and desist from indulging in them.

Smile to be fresh!

Smile for your sake after each of your activities that you complete; yes, for your own sake! By this your mind shall remain fresh always, all the day; your body shall also work in unison with your self easily!

செய்யும் செயல் ஒவ்வொன்றின்பின்னும் அதை முடித்ததும் புன்முறுவல் செய்யுங்கள் - நீங்கள் உங்களுக்காகவே. இதனால் உங்கள் மனதும் புத்துணர்ச்சி பெற்று குதூகலமடையும்; உடலும் உங்களுடன் இலகுவாக, இயல்பாக இயங்கும்; ஒத்துழைக்கும்.

Think of good to get all good!

Be in cheerful mood thinking about the good things that happened in the past. Desire and expect that good things shall happen in today's activities. Then, all that are to happen tomorrow shall be also good ones only!

   நல்லதை நினைத்தால் நல்லதே நடக்கும்!

நடந்ததில் நல்லதை எண்ணி அதில் லயித்து மகிழ்ந்திருங்கள்.
நடப்பதில் நல்லதை விரும்பியே எதிர்பாருங்கள் - 'நல்லதே
நடக்கும்' என்று . நடக்கவிருப்பதுவும் பின் நல்லதாகவே நடக்கும்!

We need not bother much about mistakes and mischief committed by others - unless they begin to crosss the limits and affect our own rights in the society and in this world. There are many people in the society and the world, and as also there are the police, who are willing to deal with or advise or punish them for that.

Deep involvement in your work!

When you are attentive with much focus, consciousness and awareness on an object, person or work/event, you move to a different state - a state of having both presence awareness and loss of presence awareness memory of other objects, persons or works/events present surrounding you! But here, the other people around you observe this in you as a state of total loss of both presence awareness and awareness about the other materials, persons or works/events present surrounding you. They might interpret/attribute this 'inappropriate over-work' of you as either an intelligent attachment/work or a maddening attachment/work, according to their liking or disliking shown towards you, respectively!
