If one carries out anything to his/ her excess, even though he/ she enjoyed it, his/ her body or mind will have been affected by it. This endangers his/ her future enjoyment next with these damaged body or mind. So, avoid this foolishness and be wise by limiting your activities whenever your mind or body begins to warn you about crossing the limit and that it is not pleasing to it on the other side of enjoyment activity.
