Our senses won't last longer as we had them in our infancy. The eye sight and hearing capacity may become impaired. Our talking abilities may also be compromised due to damage to our teeth. Our movements may become feeble due to pain or changes in the legs and hands. So, mingle with the environment - man, woman, children, animals, plants, hills or stones that are present in it. Move to them; see them; hear the sounds made by them, if any, and raise your voice or speak into the environment - now itself. Do not lament later when you become incapacitated to do them.

Yoga and excellence in activities!
A person may excel in his activities and deeds. But as he ages on, this excellence in them may decline. Practising and doing yoga can extend his abilities and make him excel in his activities and deeds, as before, even in his old age!

First have abilities!
Before buying a material or machine, one should have abilities (or persons having these abilities) to use or operate it. Even if you have these abilities now or later, you must then protect, retain and maintain it (- as also the persons operating it, in case you do not have the abilities yet). Otherwise, the material or the machine that is to be bought will become idle, rusted and a waste. So, have abilities first before buying these and have also skills in managing it - to get the best performance out of it!

Be capable for the next - by limting now!
Trying to get the most out of our abilities is craziness, and wasting the energies of both the body and mind. There is also limit to our capacity and power; this limit varies from children to older persons. Each individual must restrict his activities, that are either physical or mental, to their respective capacity and power limits only. Because, he may become incapable to do those activities next - by being thus 'limitless'!
