This body is not owned by us. Since birth we are fed with food and water from the Earth and its environment. This life in us (or, our form coming alive into this world by birth) is not owned by us: we were created by Somebody else with the nutrients from the Earth – without an intention in it! Then what we own in our life? It is only our thinking and doing activities with the Almighty, the God given body, energy and life. Then, should we not think properly and do good things in life to leave behind our imprints on this Earth? As our liveliness shall stop and body shall return back to the environment of the Earth one day, that is when we die, we should be aware of this fact and be alert about it in all throughout our life time.

Expected unpleasantness may be converted into pleasantness by doing the needed activities that could avoid any occurrence of that unpleasant happening. These activities will also bring in us satisfaction and peace in mind. Then, we will be having also a mind set-up for wishing and doing activities for getting pleasantness in other expected activities also!
Or, in an another way to deal this: it will be first better not to do any activities at all towards it, thereby avoiding tension also, and follow only what elder and wise people do or advise us on avoiding such unpleasantness.

Do all activities to own you!
What one activates and do are those activities that are thought to be owned by him or her. So, when one goes on listening to the gadget’s screens, he forgets his own body itself and thinks that he doesn’t possess it! So, in viewing screens, be aware of the presence of all your body parts intact; disconnect from viewing on the screens, and start using your body parts combined in one sole upright posture, that is, you! It is you who is present alive and it is not an isolated body part of you such as a pair of eyes that is alive! [Moreover, note that your eyes are seeing only the virtual movements on the screens that too are not alive or real in front of you].

Use your switch to switch off activities!
It is good to do any activity with concentration. But at the same time, one should also know the time limit and the place of the switch - to stop our overdone activities that appear to be done in a dark room. Ignoring our internal body alarm to switch off the activity means that one has begun to walk into the road of addiction. So, switch off activities at the right time not only to lead a mentally and bodily peaceful life but also to live in a congenial atmosphere!

Thoughts have been copied and pasted in Books!
Thoughts that are formed in a person fade out and are forgotten soon. But all the activities of the person including his/her speech are seen and heard by others to be remembered by them later on. So, thoughts are a waste of mental energy when they become excess. One should limit them, and talk and do more activities using the idea or decision formed out of them.
Thoughts of
the person cannot be felt by others using their senses, even though they stand
very close to that person. But that person can transfer his/her thoughts to others by communicating/expressing
them through their verbal words of speech, activities or through their written words. These
can be done either by talking to them, participating in activities or by writing a letter/book for others to read. Now,
through these, others will be able to remember his/her thoughts through all their
lifetime!
