Affection by sorrow!

      The degree of being in sorrow, whether it is increasing or decreasing, the later seen as accepted or unaffected, depends on the involvement of the person in the event concerned, his age, and experience in such prior sorrow states.

Accept changes and don't expect all!

      People of the younger age to the middle age should accept changes and situations, within limits [:)], that happen in them, in others or in the environment around them.
      But after their middle age, they should accept them all - as usual and natural things that happen in all the generations. And, they should not expect all that they wish to happen either in them, in others or in the environment around them. If they get what they expected, it's well and good; they must accept it - within limits!

Add new capabilities to retain present capabilities!

    Capabilities are added to a person by learning and doing related works. These entitle one to get his/her jobs. But these tend to lessen with the increasing age. If the person adds on new capabilities to himself, as he ages on, within the limit of his body, mind and senses, he can retain his capabilities in his present job!

Live today forgetting your age

One should think about the brighter aspects of today and do creative and productive activities; they must give up thoughts about their present age and hesitation in doing these activities. The peace, pleasure and profit gained from these activities shall make you continue them tomorrow too and thus, make your life happy!

Forget to enjoy the most!

Forget the past (and the present body & mind) to enjoy more at present (and also in the future)! Forgetting and enjoying are ageless - not related to the age: any person, young or old, can have the benefits out of them. Even rivals (or enemies one to the other) can forget the differences and enjoy the situation and company that they would have missed then and would have never thought of it - in their lifetime!
