Have a change to have a good mood!

Words heard could influence mood as also the other senses like sight. So, change the place of your presence to a pleasanter one and hear pleasing sounds to enjoy life and have a good night's sleep. If you become tired and need to take rest at such a place, shut your eyes and ears and breathe deeply for a while - to preserve/revert to your fresh good mood again!
