For having pleasant satisfaction

Do right and pleasing things to yourself and to others.

Do activities either that of job, household, hobby or entertainment at the proper time and that too within the usual allotted or permitted period of time.

Resist compulsion whether it is from within yourself or from others near or far.

Compulsion too causes diseases!

If one finds discomfort in mind or body when an activity is compelled and forced to be done, there will be a resistance built up either in the body or in the mind. This resistance will affect the person's mind. The mind will express the resistance as pain in the body. This pain will clear off once the person is freed from the compulsion and begins to do his/her own desired activities. But the person, who had compelled to do, shall have invisible resistance in his/her mind. If this person goes on compelling others repeatedly like this, a hidden tension or pressure shall be formed in the person's mind that may lead to express itself as bodily diseases!

Freedom is the key for satisfaction!

Freedom to perform any activity without compulsion, but with moderate self restriction, is the requirement to lead a life with full satisfaction in it!

Getting satisfaction at work!

First avoid doing any work under compulsion. There should be no too much exertion in any work. Do the work that you desire to do. Don't go on continuing at a stretch to do a work for its completion's sake, crossing your capacity. Do the work calmly without being anxious on anything. Don't have any other important work next to the present work. If you have one, stop the present one and switch over to that important one; after completing this one, you can go back to the prior work. Take regular breaks within a work period to get a relaxed and refreshed mind and body for continuing the work.

Have always a peaceful mind in life!

Act in response to the desires or the needs in life, and also don't act without desires or with dislike in carrying out compelled activities and bland routine activities. (These desires and needs may be from the inner self [body/mind] or from the outer world, and also note that the compulsions and the routines may also arise equally from both inner self and the outer world!) By acting like this one could have a peaceful mind ever in his/her lifetime.
