Do all activities to own you!

    What one activates and do are those activities that are thought to be owned by him or her. So, when one goes on listening to the gadget’s screens, he forgets his own body itself and thinks that he doesn’t possess it! So, in viewing screens, be aware of the presence of all your body parts intact; disconnect from viewing on the screens, and start using your body parts combined in one sole upright posture, that is, you! It is you who is present alive and it is not an isolated body part of you such as a pair of eyes that is alive! [Moreover, note that your eyes are seeing only the virtual movements on the screens that too are not alive or real in front of you].

        Senses have memory – experiences that are recorded in the brain, as the body has its own 'movements–memory' recorded in the brain. These help one in saving him/her from risks and in deciding wisely without using his/her mind (– circumventing/bypassing it)!

Exercising everything!

        When a person exercises, it doesn't mean that his muscles are only being exercised. Every content of his body gets exercised - organs, tissues and cells! Even blood vessels also do exercise with him! It means that being active, without lying or sitting lazy. This avoids unnecessary lazy deposits inside the organs, tissues, cells or blood vessels. Thus, by doing exercise, we can exercise all the body cells to lose these deposits or to prevent any fresh depositing in them. And by this, we can prevent non-communicable diseases such as Hypertension and Diabetes.

Are you going to die soon? If, no, then read on!

     If you do an activity with craze and enjoy it beyond it's limit, it is of no use either to your body or the mind; it may harm your body and mind. Convert this craziness into desire or wish, and postpone the activity to a later time, as you have enough time in your life - tomorrow, next week, next month or next year! You can do it later with better consciousness and conditions of mind and body, as you can have control, and continue to do it within the limit! Similarly, do not indulge too much in television or social media that are not felt through your own activities, but through the senses with imagination only.

Expect disaster if the limit is crossed!

       For anything, either an activity/movement or thinking/desiring done, there should be a limit. And that activity or thinking should be repeated within that limit. Then, the life will be peaceful and enjoyable. Whenever the limit is crossed, there will be disaster either in the body or in the mind that carry out it or in both of them.

Avoid getting injured or insulted!

      Yoga can only prepare persons to perform their body and mind work in an orderly manner. If you get injuries or insults to your body or mind by your own activities or by other persons or the environment, then doing yoga cannot do anything; it cannot prevent them. So, even if you do yoga, control your mind and body carefully, and also control the environment around you, or control others' body and mind, if possible, to avoid yourself from getting injured or insulted.

Benefits from fasting!

   A transient rest to the body systems is the expected benefit out of fasting. Even if it is repeated, this benefit will have only a transient impact on the body systems. Suppose, we recognize and learn that there are more benefits out of fasting such as being or feeling well etc., after finishing it. Then, this learning itself is also the best benefit we get out of the fasting! With it, then we should restrict our intake of food items in too much numbers or quantities on other regular days too.Then this will have a great impact on our body systems, that will prevent their deterioration in their functioning due to such excessive loading.

      Content training of body and mind is required all through one's old age. Training of body may be like that of doing exercises, yoga, playing, and keeping it fit with suitable and essential nutrition. On the other hand, mind training may be like that of recalling incidents from memory, reinforcing memory, playing memory games, continuing and doing all the past works out of intellect and skills. Added to this is having enough nutrition that makes the brain active and functioning in all its calibre, By making the body and mind to be fit in such ways, the energy required for their maintenance may be harnessed easily, and the people can be then active all through their old age.

Mind trained but not the body!

     We have been trained much to do only the mind exercises through text books, at schools. And our body is not trained to learn and to do what we are told or what we see in person. So, our body is kept dormant, not exercised and idle, inviting all the bodily diseases - as it gets it's nutrition from the body storage, that too has remained underutilized and idle for a long time. The education system must be changed to save our posterity, training both their body and mind.

Mindful person has no birth or death!

        For a person in this world, "his time or his lifetime" is not pertaining to him. It is for others, to count or assess his years of age. When his activities - from his first breathing (birth) upto his last breathing that caeses (death), they are seen and felt only by others near him/her. So, the starting of life or the ending of life are seen only by others and not by the concerned person himself. Body is a form of vehicle for a person, (and it goes on changing from birth), in which he or his mind is born; it lives in it and goes out of it or stops to function, when the person's body itself stops to function totally.

   Be careful in accepting energies that come from other sources - other than you generate within you with the food you have eaten. They may injure your body, mind and senses badly either by their action, presence in abundance or in excessive intensity! Examples of them are,

1. Power from transporting vehicle - while you have only your walking power.
2. Sound and vibration energies that hit both the ears and the body.
3. Light energy that hits the eyes in all its spectrum.
4. Heat energy that affects you either by its high or low intensities.
5. Other energies such as influencing extrasensory energies felt by extraordinary persons.

    Your body doesn't belong to you! Neither you are the owner of it! Out of their happiness, your parents gave the body to you to be happy. But you should maintain it and give care to it that it remains healthier always. Moreover, your body's appearance should be made more suitable and charming to move around within the society of your human race. This is to be done by beautifying it with some additions or by taking out something externally to be in harmony with the current fashion. Thus you make both our body and its external appearance pleasant and acceptable to the society - to have the most social benefits out of it! So, don't overlook your body's needs and social needs. Treat your body as a temple!

Compare/match always to get awareness!

           Feeling, understanding and memory - all these constitute awareness in a human being. There are two kinds of awareness - one internal, concerning both the body and mind and the other one, external, concerning the environment. These two types of awareness are done and hence present at that moment by comparing and matching the differences found between the past state of the mind & body or the environment and the present state of them respectively. They are constantly revised and updated from moment to moment. In old age, such comparing the differences is done between the past state of the mind & body and the present state of the environment. It is also done between the present state of the mind & body and the past state of the environment (- as seen in the yogis doing yoga who feel better in the present state of body & mind, and hence they become aware of it!). When the person dies, these all awareness too go off as he/she!

Departing or deporting soul from the Earth!

A person lives in this world. During his/her living or after his/her living full to the brim, the time to depart may come. What does happen here? All the person's body organs become affected; the perfect coordination/connection between them suffers. Then function of each one of those organs becomes impaired. At this time the 'bodily Soul' departs; all the internal organs stop functioning one by one leading to the death of the person. But the 'mindly Soul' remains in the body, if at all it is healthy, attentive and still hopeful of life with all it's expectations - for sometime (how much time?). If the body is/was not healthy, inactive, hopeless and dejected without having any further life expectations, this 'mindly Soul' too departs from the body quickly. It is deported from the world to merge and connect with the main analytical mind ring, probably, the God!

Soul entry in baby's body!

After a baby is formed inside the womb of its mother, its body grows on and on. And its bodily functions also continue to maintain the body since it is formed, and other functions are also get added one by one. With the perfect coordination and functioning of all the fully developed organs, a 'bodily Soul' is formed/enters inside the baby's body either before or after its birth! At which time of being inside mother's womb (or at which time after its birth out of it's mother's womb) is this Soul (the motor part of Analytical mind)  formed in (or does it enter) the baby's body?
