Don’t refuse to yourself; but request or retain!

Living without satisfying one’s self is like living for other’s wishes, as if he is a robot/zombie/slave.

One must be bold to request others' things that they like to get. He should not refuse them to himself and control himself not to request. Even if those things are refused by those others after his request, he can still get similar things from yet some other people by requesting them.

Likewise, one should not give away what he wants to retain with himself. If that thing is in excess amount, part of it can be shared with affection, love and care towards the receiving person.

Don’t become a slave by bending neck!

When we bend down our head, it means that we won’t do any work by ourselves from that moment onwards either by talking or doing, or won’t think ourselves. With this our bending down, our breathing passages are partially blocked by cutting down the air-supply to our mind and senses. (Thus, we become a slave to others).

Don’t bend down necks; look up straight to the world raising up chin. A lot of things are there in the external world to be explored, desired, thought on, acted upon and appreciated – all these done with our refreshed mind and senses; keep them all alive – by looking up and doing all by ourselves without expecting commands from others!

Wasting resting time working as a slave!

After returning from our day's work we sit before either computer or TV screen in our leisure time. But at the end of such watching much after much, we find all our leisure time exhausted and that it often extends beyond it - reducing our interaction with the family members. These time-wasting devices make ourselves a slave by making us to do more tasks by their prompting and commanding instructions/ads displayed on their screens! Our resting time is thus wasted by working hard at home. Such working hard in a tired state may predispose one to diseases also.
