Get a Good memory by changing the work!

      If you go on doing daily routine works repeatedly, you shall feel them becoming laborious. And you may also have the tendency to forget the materials, thoughts and even reminders that you have had in your mind just a few hours back! For not having such forgetfulness, do first a new targeted work every day (plan ahead the previous day itself to carry out it). And then, do change the type of works and the order of the works in the daily routine spread over within the working hours. Change also the places of doing such works, if possible. This will make your daily routine works easy and pleasant as active as in your younger years, and shall give you a good memory power, and freshen up your mind at each of your works!

Retain your memory!

     If we go on for long time reading, watching or getting entertainment on smart screens, we shall forget those contents soon and easily. Only intermittent stopping in between listening to them, speaking or discussing with each other in that interval time, can retain the understanding and memory from their contents. 

    Moreover, everything done with mind and body is limited by the usual way we use them. When we use them for a long time, they respond to that type of long period only and not for any short time work. Then, they adapt for excessive listening to the screens only. Later, even when we do other works of shorter periods other than such screens listening, we won’t be able to remember contents of these short works. Recent memory is lost! Moreover, memory of the works done in the past may be also affected, as the mind space has been reduced by the excessive screen listening, and we do not take enough sleep after it. Thus excess screen listening makes one a handicapped person. So, avoid listening to the screens continuously.

        Senses have memory – experiences that are recorded in the brain, as the body has its own 'movements–memory' recorded in the brain. These help one in saving him/her from risks and in deciding wisely without using his/her mind (– circumventing/bypassing it)!

Aspects to have or avoid to have a smoother life!

 To be smoother in their lives, people, particularly those aging, should have these with them:

1. Good memory power – to appreciate all the persons.

2. Adjustment – giving up something and being satisfied with what is at present or in possession.

3. Self-control – setting the limits and not crossing them.

They must train themselves to enrich all those above-said. What they should not have, and what they should avoid are these:

1. Forgetfulness.

2. Alamance.

3. Limitlessness.

Mind-hearing through our speech!

    Thoughts and the air, breathed in or out, are interconnected. Thoughts are formed in the mind and so, the mind is also connected with the air we breathe. If the air striking on the senses (through the ears) could produce the feelings and thoughts (and emotions), it, (the air), can be produced (expressed) back from us too, as sound waves from our mind and thoughts via the breathed-in air - our speech. 

If the thoughts arising from the mind are directly conveyed to the environment as speech, it shall be ‘truth.’ Or, if they are twisted between the path of thought process and the mind, and then only spoken off, it shall be a purposely twisted one that is done to influence on others; it may be either a truth or a lie; but it will be definitely a delayed act done to influence on others.

If the air is the medium connected to one’s mind, it can be also reached by others (who breathe in, seated front of him) by making him to speak – by their use of commanding words (actions, like speech), and getting themselves connected to his mind, by listening through their ears or senses, isn’t it? Though one’s mind cannot be directly connected to others, his mind’s data storage through his memory, can be accessed by others, when he/she tries to remember and retrieve data, and refreshes memory, thinks and decides before replying to the commanding questions (as in saying ‘yes’ or ‘no’). Here, others could actually read his mind’s storage data that he refreshed out to enter into his mind, and examined just now, and could read (or hear) also that comes out tagged to his speech using his breathed-in air. 

Thus they, such specially trained persons, may be actually reading (hearing) his recovered data through the air he gives out as speech/reply! So, the mind’s data retrieved by remembering may be still existing at his lungs’ level, though temporarily. This data may get erased with time and distractions, as we breathe in fresh air at a different place through our breathing and by meditation!

      Do a single work with total involvement, but that without too much indulgence in it and done after getting a full quality sleep. So, there must be no distraction or multitasking in doing any work to have a better memory!

Keeping body and mind fit in older age!

      Content training of body and mind is required all through one's old age. Training of body may be like that of doing exercises, yoga, playing, and keeping it fit with suitable and essential nutrition. On the other hand, mind training may be like that of recalling incidents from memory, reinforcing memory, playing memory games, continuing and doing all the past works out of intellect and skills. Added to this is having enough nutrition that makes the brain active and functioning in all its calibre, By making the body and mind to be fit in such ways, the energy required for their maintenance may be harnessed easily, and the people can be then active all through their old age.

Routines are erased by new ones!

        The memory of routine and regularly done procedures may be overwritten with the new procedures done! But the old routine procedures may be retrieved by trying to remember it, and then doing a matter related to that routine procedure and visiting also the places where those procedures are done!

Scholar in proportion! Mad in out of proportion!

     Imagination, with memory added to it, helps one to learn when he studies or learns in class rooms of an institution. But all these imagination, memory and sensual perceptions should be in moderate proportion for that learning. If they are done in out of proportion, whether in increased or lowered proportion, the person is made tired and confused at the end of the learning session. The person's learning is thus hindered. When imagination is done excessively, it produces bizarre perception through normal senses. If memory is also added to these excessively, then it maddens the person! So, be moderate in these; stop doing them excessively and take rest in between the sessions of learning - to become a scholar!

Making yourself live in the minds of others!

      In a meeting, you should make each of its participants feel 'yourself' with all their senses. For this, you shall have to use all your senses to influence them. Then, each one of the participants shall remember you all through their lifetime - at least through that memory registered by one of his/her senses!

Place it back to get appreciated!

      If you pick an object for using, you also remember the place from where you took it. You should discipline yourself to replace it back to its place. Then, you can pick it up quickly later when it is needed. This shall also exercise your memory power. In addition to this, if you arrange all the objects in the room neatly and in order, others will like the arrangement subconsciously and appreciate you with a smiling face!

Compare/match always to get awareness!

           Feeling, understanding and memory - all these constitute awareness in a human being. There are two kinds of awareness - one internal, concerning both the body and mind and the other one, external, concerning the environment. These two types of awareness are done and hence present at that moment by comparing and matching the differences found between the past state of the mind & body or the environment and the present state of them respectively. They are constantly revised and updated from moment to moment. In old age, such comparing the differences is done between the past state of the mind & body and the present state of the environment. It is also done between the present state of the mind & body and the past state of the environment (- as seen in the yogis doing yoga who feel better in the present state of body & mind, and hence they become aware of it!). When the person dies, these all awareness too go off as he/she!

With constant use of memory and senses, a person can locate positions of objects correctly. So, train your memory and senses to help you and others to locate misplaced articles, and to help you even in your studies! With this skill training, you can also live through your old age, and its forgetfulness, if any!

Reverting back to the state beyond a new born baby!

When a grown adult person finds his body parts are not movable or controllable, as before or as others, he feels hopeless in life; first he becomes depressed. Later, if he loses  his sensory and understanding abilities also, he becomes confused and forgets the previous incidents and hence, loses his memory. Now in this stage he doesn't want anything from his immediate environment. So, his 'I' and the 'Mind' is lost to somewhere; he slowly moves down to an unconscious state - a coma-like state that he had been in before he was born in this world! Where did his soul go at this stage? Did it go back to its source, the main analytical mind ring (probably, the God) from where it came from? Formation of Mind, I and the Soul in the newborn!

The 'Mind' is formed in a newborn baby from the first instance it receives its first stimulation through any of its senses and this stimulation is 'felt' for the first time; later, when the same stimulation comes again to the baby and is felt again, by its 'Mind', now its 'Mind' becomes the 'I' after the identification and understanding this later stimulation as one like that of that one received earlier, and that it is now recurring. (Here note that the 'Memory' of the baby is also formed). Along with these the subconscious first identification and understanding of 'Self' (the 'Mindly Soul') is also done by the 'Subconscious Mind', which has been also thus formed out of the baby's 'Mind', the 'I', by this process of identification, understanding, and feeling of 'Self' as a separate one! Such understandings are reinforced when that stimulation repeats itself coming to the baby constantly. When another different type of stimulation comes next to stimulate and to be felt, the 'I' of the baby understands it too to be a different one by 'comparing' it with the previous one - the memory + understanding the new one by comparison. Thus the reasoning power of the Mind is also got by the baby!

Expect anything by memory/senses!

Memory of yesterday's satisfaction induces an expectation in us today too, for getting that again. Example for this is that we expect, by reflex, yesterday's tasty food today too to be served. But there is also an another type of expectation which we get only when we feel it through our senses combined with memory. Here, information from our memory is retrieved on receiving a similar stimulus from the environment as that of a previous one. This one evokes in us an expectation of arrival of something that either satisfied or terrified us before with its content, in a similar previous conditions of the environment. Examples for this are a pet fish in an aquarium tank swimming up to the water surface on mere seeing the fingers of its master, expecting a feed! And humans expecting Tsunami that occurred on a similar date in a previous year! Think also here about the special perception power of animals in identifying the oncoming Tsunami early!

Feeling more than usual!

You feel the warm water flowing on your hand from the shower. You take the hand out of it. Next, you extend it to a tepid or lukewarm (mildly warm) water flow of the shower. Now you will feel it much warmer or hot! After sometime, this hotness will turn to be felt as tepid as such! This effect is due to the presence of memory of warmth in the skin cells of the hand. And the addition of tepid water-feeling makes it seems to have become hotter though it is not actually hot. So, the memory of the past with the now added current feeling produces a greater feeling state! So, to get or feel more and much in your state of mind, first recollect your past experience before delving in the current experience of either a sensation or an activity!

Deep involvement in your work!

When you are attentive with much focus, consciousness and awareness on an object, person or work/event, you move to a different state - a state of having both presence awareness and loss of presence awareness memory of other objects, persons or works/events present surrounding you! But here, the other people around you observe this in you as a state of total loss of both presence awareness and awareness about the other materials, persons or works/events present surrounding you. They might interpret/attribute this 'inappropriate over-work' of you as either an intelligent attachment/work or a maddening attachment/work, according to their liking or disliking shown towards you, respectively!
