Train kids to handle themselves in the Nature!

     Children must get the training of their muscles by handling natural objects present in the environment. Do not make them entirely dependent on the objects provided at the school. Give the kids those objects present in the Nature (or at least, point to them) even if the man-made similar objects are provided at school. This will prepare them to be aware of the realities of the environment existing and waiting for their exploration - leaving behind the present day virtual world being created by the ignorant humans.

Decrease to a minimum!

      It is everybody's nature to show their ability and capability to do their activities to a higher level. But this nature may affect both that person indulging in it and the children around him. For example, if you increase the TV sound volume, you may feel exhilarated; but the children around you shall be attracted by the sound towards the TV, stopping their playing/activities. This shall compromise on their learning. And it shall make them addicted to TV-viewing, and lead a sedentary life style in future. It is needless to say that all those listening to the TV with high volume shall also become susceptible to hearing loss. So, in TV listening, reduce volume level to a minimum.
        Another example for showing such high abilities is the raising accelerator of the vehicles to the maximum that shall land the person in trouble, surely.

Discipline repels away disasters!

        Discipline in all respects, makes even natural disasters to go deviated away from us without harming us! Nature and environment, where we live in, shall adjust with all of our disciplined activities. But when we do these activities in excess, the nature and the environment may not be able to adjust so quickly. So, all of us should do activities in a disciplined manner that too not in excess than required. Then, the human society can live longer in this planet, the Earth.

Brush away or come together!

Order, form and function must be maintained in an organism or an animal to be recognised by other animals. Otherwise, those other animals, whether of the same kind or of a different kind shall find out the difference and malfunctioning, if any, and may either ridicule or reject it away! But this situation is brushed away either by moving away knowing it as the nature of their mind or by approaching them, proving that it has friendliness and kindness in its mind by communicating with them nicely, and making them accept it as one of a kind!

Freshening up more for the day!

Each morning we rise up from our bed with good energy and mood after taking rest by overnight sleeping. But what about keeping this energy and mood flowing on constantly throughout the day? At morning, everywhere, every animal is happy with all its energy and mood: birds chirp, bees hum, dogs play; all these give pleasure to all those present in their vicinity and get good mind in return by such visiting all other such places and environment having this morning mood! Why we, human beings, should remain confined inside our houses at morning? Let us all move out to a cheering newer environment that freshens up our mind - by walking by ourselves towards the Nature. Morning walk sharpens our memory and increases our sensitivity and reactivity too! Then, why not to walk out today? Tomorrow? And each day?

Think twice but not always!

In doing daily activities our body works a lot, and then takes rest during sleep. We use our mind to think and then act. Usually we think only for a few seconds at a time, but act for a longer time putting our body to work more than the mind. But we should not put our body to work sparingly, and go on thinking for a long time: it is against our human nature. Even if you do so at any time, you must let your mind to stop its thinking, relax and take rest - by sleeping. Otherwise the mind itself may stop its working! So, do not load unnecessarily your mind. Divert yourself in other activities and take rest or sleep to relax both the mind and body to make them to be healthy at all times.
