Get good digestion and sleep with unprepared raw foods!

    If a job/work is done, the product of that job doesn’t remain as a product by itself as we see it first. It also carries in it all the thoughts that its producer had imprinted on it while producing it. [An example of it: If a mosquito bites, it carries the sleeping person’s blood with its thought of stealing the blood only. But when the mosquito bites one while he is awake, the mosquito suffers with the (guilty and irritating) thoughts of both of them carried in that blood. (Leave alone the diseases that may be produced after such a bite, whether in the person or in the mosquito)].

Likewise, if a person prepares a food item, it carries with it not only the deliciousness of it, but also the person’s thoughts of that he had while preparing it. If that person is unknown to one, who eats that food item, the food may not influence the eater’s mind much. So, eating at restaurants may not affect digestion and the quality of sleep, whereas, eating the same food prepared at home may produce either easy digestion and good sleep or indigestion and impaired sleep. Unprepared, but easily digestible individual food ingredients shall not influence the eating person in any way. That’s why the fresh uncooked vegetables, fruits and food grains are preferred as the best foods due to this aspect also!

Tips to get and preserve mood!

    Words could influence mood as also lighting. So, change the place to a pleasing one and hear pleasant sounds to have a good mood to enjoy life and to have a good night’s sleep. If you want to preserve that good mood, take rest after shutting your eyes and ears; breathe deeply for a few minutes. Then you can resume enjoying in that good mood!

      Do a single work with total involvement, but that without too much indulgence in it and done after getting a full quality sleep. So, there must be no distraction or multitasking in doing any work to have a better memory!

Relieving yourself of stress and strain!

      Stress and strain to the body can be reduced by either stopping them instantly or by getting away from their source/place and then getting enough sleep at a comfortable and congenial place. But mental stress and strain will be relieved only by moving out of the source first, doing then meditation in a calm, congenial and peaceful place with shutting down all the five senses and next taking complete rest there with a relaxed mind. Then, one can also attend a public place, where entertaining shows or religious discourses are conducted - to get a complete relief from this stress and strain.

Mind parts and part of it, the God!

When a person's sleep is disturbed in its midst, the conscious part of his mind awakes first; it is a primitive and easily believing part of the mind that has no reasoning power. Next the intelligent understanding part of the mind wakes up and finds the conscious mind's naiveness. But there is also another part of mind that is always awake even during the person's sleep! But it has to be activated from its temporary dormant state that is present during the person's sleep. It gets activated only after the conscious mind wakes up. It is the analytical mind. This analytical part itself has three parts - a feeling part, a thinking part and a motor part (that makes the person move). That feeling part of the analytical mind is the 'Soul' mind and the other two parts of it make 'I' mind of the person!
Actually, this analytical mind is not a single one restricted to that person! Probably it is a longer ringlike one that either connects only all the human beings or all the living beings of this Universe! But by birth of the person, a segment of this ring-mind becomes allotted for him with boundaries of it within the ring itself. After this, he feels or thinks himself and his mind as a separate entity! When this person dies, this entity's boundaries disappear with him, and the segment of the ring merges with the main analytical mind ring. But when these boundaries of the entity are slow to disappear even after the death of the person, his 'Soul' mind lingers in this world [as also the 'I' mind (the self mind) for a shorter period lingers] - till those boundaries disappear! Is this main analytical mind ring, the GOD? Find or feel about Him [through Yoga that breaks the entity boundaries and identity of you in the main analytical ring :) ] and inform me if you found or felt Him!
Now coming to our mind parts' activities during the sleep: what is the analytical mind of the person doing when he is asleep - that is, it is in its dormant state before being activated when he wakes up? Does the boundaries of it in the main analytical ring disappear temporarily during the sleep or the person's 'Soul' mind (feeling part of the analytical mind) wanders somewhere in this world or the Universe during the sleep as in the film, Avtar? Hearing is the magic to sleep!

The short stories told at bedtime are enjoyed, wanted and expected by each child where ever it is in this world. After hearing the story children slip inside their blankets and sleep easily. All these stories are magic wands! When these distract children and make them sleep, why can't it do magic for adults too? As 'being told' is the magic here, submit yourself to hear someone of your family members telling nice things at bedtime - for having your sweet and sound sleep!

Maintain our vehicle, the Body!

We fuel, clean and maintain our vehicles in good condition. But we forget about maintaining our body, the vehicle to carry out all our wishes, whether to do an act or to think and feel! We should care for it by providing enough food, rest and sleep. And we should not ignore any urging signal arising from it, or postpone dealing with it. Have a healthy body with a healthy mind!

Think twice but not always!

In doing daily activities our body works a lot, and then takes rest during sleep. We use our mind to think and then act. Usually we think only for a few seconds at a time, but act for a longer time putting our body to work more than the mind. But we should not put our body to work sparingly, and go on thinking for a long time: it is against our human nature. Even if you do so at any time, you must let your mind to stop its thinking, relax and take rest - by sleeping. Otherwise the mind itself may stop its working! So, do not load unnecessarily your mind. Divert yourself in other activities and take rest or sleep to relax both the mind and body to make them to be healthy at all times.

Hardship is a Lighter one!

Why should we lament that we have to work hard daily? Hard work remains as hard only in our thoughts – till we enter into that ‘hard’ work. Once we are into the work, the hardship disappears. This indicates that we cope with that work easily. Moreover only this hard working maintains our body health giving a good night’s sleep, whereas the lazily working gives us only troubles with its all ill effects.
