For a person in this world, "his time or his lifetime" is not pertaining to him. It is for others, to count or assess his years of age. When his activities - from his first breathing (birth) upto his last breathing that caeses (death), they are seen and felt only by others near him/her. So, the starting of life or the ending of life are seen only by others and not by the concerned person himself. Body is a form of vehicle for a person, (and it goes on changing from birth), in which he or his mind is born; it lives in it and goes out of it or stops to function, when the person's body itself stops to function totally.

Children are 'children only' in understanding!
Children have limited power of understanding from age to age. Their abilities should not be even attempted to be pushed up towards adults' level. If you do so, it may produce imbalance in their mind and affect them at their emotional level. All such levels in the kids should be equal and balancing. Do not treat kids as adults learning their subjects or as adults doing mischiefs There are also 'children only' levels. And do not make their levels to become 'adults only' levels! Let them learn or understand according to their age and capacity. Treat children as children at children's level only - both in punishing and appreciating too. Do not overload them thinking and treating them as adults!

Communicate, to be not envied upon!
When you do caring activities with the person moving near you, with the consciousness of his presence, and communicating with him now and then, you and that person merge as one body having one mind! But when you go away at a distance and do activities with another person, the former person feels you as a separate individual and may begin to envy, and become sad due to the separation.
To avoid such situation, you should do activities first with both the persons and communicate with both of them. Later on, even when you are separate with the second person, the first person may not become depressed or envy, though he may feel the separation yet; he shall quickly adjust to such separation.
An example for this: A second baby is born in the family next to the first born kid!

Get help; but don't load others!
At a time, when one has too many works to do, he/ she can delegate unimportant works to other family members or friends. He should do his own important work - he only should do it, and that work should not be delegated to others. After doing that work, he can do his other unimportant works that remain to be done by him. He only should do them, and complete. He should not ask others to do these works, as he is now free to do them, one by one, till all of them are finished.

Time only heals or divides!
When you know much, understand subconsciously, and love to be with the person/ object/ body/ mind, you are united with that person/ object/ body/ mind unconsciously.
On the reverse, if you have understood only for a shorter time, and want to move away from the person/ object/ body/ mind subconsciously, you are now different and separated from that person/ object/ body/ mind subconsciously.
So, the period of time spent for undestanding is the key factor. And it will be also the key for smoothness and harmony.
Thus, if here is misunderstanding in the place of understanding, either for a shorter period or a longer period of time, there are equal chances of both uniting or separating.

Don't compare - to remain united!
A depressed or a rich person may feel himself to be different from the rest of the people; but all of these men may also have alongside, the same feeling of separation from the human society. Noting being and feeling oneself different, makes one to separate out from the group. This may be due to his feeling inferior or envying on others or due to his pride. Being out of the group, they may go in search of people having similar interest and intellect. So, to avoid such separation and this vain searching, one should not compare himself with others; while being in the group, he should feel as one, as others feel themselves as one among the group! And not as different!

Retain your personality - by making your own decision!
All of us, human beings - and even some other animals, have the same sense organs and perceive the same images, sounds or feelings from the same scenario of the same environment. Only, the impact of them on our mind and the thoughts emerging out of it make our responding activities different from each other (or each animal). Previous knowledge, involvement, importance and the desire to explore/get only influence these activities. So, whenever food or gifts or any material or service is offered, use your senses and decide whether to accept it or not. You can then say an yes or no to it by this instant decision that boosts your welfare :). That's your personality - uninfluenced by the personality of anybody else!

Challenging or achieving? Choosing the best!
If one challenges and does a deed, the resulting victory shall be lost only: soon this victory will fade away making him not satisfied with it and to challenge next for another targeted deed. A deed done with one's own desire is a different one; it may take a longer time to become victorious; but that resulting victory, called here as achievement, will be everlasting, not only in the mind of the person but also in the minds of other persons associated with him. Kids deal by throwing away!
Kids do not imagine anything. They don't bother about this imagining when they are asked to do it. They act only by the command evoked in their mind by the details of the objects received all through their senses. Now and then, the memory of the recent experiences on those objects also helps them in doing it. So, the kids are not tired of learning new things. In exploring new objects, they are not either confused or hesitant through imagining anything or by their past experience, If at all they begin to have again the experience on an already known object, they simply throw it away or stop exploring it, and move out of that scene! And with full expectation and enthusiasm, they become indulged, involved and absorbed there - to experience a new object!
