Get good digestion and sleep with unprepared raw foods!

    If a job/work is done, the product of that job doesn’t remain as a product by itself as we see it first. It also carries in it all the thoughts that its producer had imprinted on it while producing it. [An example of it: If a mosquito bites, it carries the sleeping person’s blood with its thought of stealing the blood only. But when the mosquito bites one while he is awake, the mosquito suffers with the (guilty and irritating) thoughts of both of them carried in that blood. (Leave alone the diseases that may be produced after such a bite, whether in the person or in the mosquito)].

Likewise, if a person prepares a food item, it carries with it not only the deliciousness of it, but also the person’s thoughts of that he had while preparing it. If that person is unknown to one, who eats that food item, the food may not influence the eater’s mind much. So, eating at restaurants may not affect digestion and the quality of sleep, whereas, eating the same food prepared at home may produce either easy digestion and good sleep or indigestion and impaired sleep. Unprepared, but easily digestible individual food ingredients shall not influence the eating person in any way. That’s why the fresh uncooked vegetables, fruits and food grains are preferred as the best foods due to this aspect also!

Think; but, don’t continue it to tiresome level

       Thoughts won’t produce any self-damage. They promote only our wellbeing. Thoughts, next lead one to take to activities to get benefits out of them. At the same time, find it also that thinking and rethinking about the same matter will do nothing beneficial; if it is done so, it shall make the mind tired and drained only. So, do think; but do not go on and on thinking about the same matter without arriving at a solution.

Limiting sensing to do the activities with Senses!

    The word, ‘Sense,’ is one’s feeling with his sense organs, inferring out of it and then doing activities instantly on this inference. Too much such feeling with sense organs leads one, only to promote a flow of unnecessary thoughts that shall prevent starting, doing and continuing any activities. Likewise, ‘Social Sense,’ is also there to feel and do activities within limits inside the society according to the rules accepted and adapted in it. It is also like the ‘Road Sense’ that we follow in travelling through roads.

Mind-hearing through our speech!

    Thoughts and the air, breathed in or out, are interconnected. Thoughts are formed in the mind and so, the mind is also connected with the air we breathe. If the air striking on the senses (through the ears) could produce the feelings and thoughts (and emotions), it, (the air), can be produced (expressed) back from us too, as sound waves from our mind and thoughts via the breathed-in air - our speech. 

If the thoughts arising from the mind are directly conveyed to the environment as speech, it shall be ‘truth.’ Or, if they are twisted between the path of thought process and the mind, and then only spoken off, it shall be a purposely twisted one that is done to influence on others; it may be either a truth or a lie; but it will be definitely a delayed act done to influence on others.

If the air is the medium connected to one’s mind, it can be also reached by others (who breathe in, seated front of him) by making him to speak – by their use of commanding words (actions, like speech), and getting themselves connected to his mind, by listening through their ears or senses, isn’t it? Though one’s mind cannot be directly connected to others, his mind’s data storage through his memory, can be accessed by others, when he/she tries to remember and retrieve data, and refreshes memory, thinks and decides before replying to the commanding questions (as in saying ‘yes’ or ‘no’). Here, others could actually read his mind’s storage data that he refreshed out to enter into his mind, and examined just now, and could read (or hear) also that comes out tagged to his speech using his breathed-in air. 

Thus they, such specially trained persons, may be actually reading (hearing) his recovered data through the air he gives out as speech/reply! So, the mind’s data retrieved by remembering may be still existing at his lungs’ level, though temporarily. This data may get erased with time and distractions, as we breathe in fresh air at a different place through our breathing and by meditation!

        If one starts to compare, he/she becomes separated from others; begins to think individually, and suffers; loses social broad-mindedness. This comparing produces also destructive and detrimental thoughts. So, do not compare and lose yourself from the community!

Thoughts have been copied and pasted in Books!

        Thoughts that are formed in a person fade out and are forgotten soon. But all the activities of the person including his/her speech are seen and heard by others to be remembered by them later on. So, thoughts are a waste of mental energy when they become excess. One should limit them, and talk and do more activities using the idea or decision formed out of them.

Thoughts of the person cannot be felt by others using their senses, even though they stand very close to that person. But that person can transfer his/her thoughts to others by communicating/expressing them through their verbal words of speech, activities or through their written words. These can be done either by talking to them, participating in activities or by writing a letter/book for others to read. Now, through these, others will be able to remember his/her thoughts through all their lifetime!

    Make use of all of your senses to have new experience, and enjoy in it. And do activities that are new and pleasing to you. By this, you can stop the flow of uninvited thoughts that absorb and disturb your mind!

     One should put a full stop earlier to either a train of thought or a doubting situation. Because, these two will occupy whole of your mind, and consume all your mind energy and your valuable time. So, find out a good and final resoluton with a good decision-making effort. And clear your doubts completly by discussing and understanding the present reality. These are important to continue your nomal, routine and regular life as before.

Live with what you have at present and enjoy life each minute, day, month and year. Thus, do not imagine a dead body of you by your such thinking and make your own body dead - for living with it, a dead body!

Bring smile on others!

If you want to have some experience/information even from a hostile person, don't hesitate to approach him. If you express to that person your willingness, it will bring on him a smile instead of hostile grin! Yes. Only distancing produces such thoughts of hostility in the minds of both of you. Approaching each other removes them. Even if that person has a cruel mind, your such approach shall make a change in his mind and make him experience goodness in him. So, he will respond to you positively and may even become a friend of you! So, don't judge at a distance; approach near to feel the reality!

Freeing brain to do one thing at a time!

Do not think about what others do, did or will do and what others think, thought or shall think. If you do so, it means that you are 'thinking' with his/her brain forgetting about your own brain's presence with you! It is double or multiple works that your brain can't hold to at the same time! So, don't overload yourself with those thoughts. Leave those thoughts of others to themselves, and leave others' brains to think by themselves! You have your own senses; with them feel and enjoy your life, existing at this point of time. Don't bother about others' thoughts; free your brain from such thoughts - to feel simply one a a time and to do simply one at a time!

Stop being excessive!

As middle age crawls in, persons have to be careful in caring for health of their body and mind. A machine or a vehicle is thrown out as rubbish once it becomes worn out. But the God has granted us with the power of repairing and maintaining our body. Ignoring it, we must not do excessive work or load mind with excessive worries or thoughts that may wreck the invaluable mechanism of repairing and maintaining our body and mind. So, either stop being excessive or postpone such work or thoughts to a later date - to do or have them one by one!

Caring Mother or Associations!

In an orphaned child, and a person living isolated from the human society, thoughts occur in minds in its own way, haphazardly. They also face many difficulties with fear, and feel all alone. To free them from these, the child needs mother's love and care, and the person the care by the neighbors or the associations. These associations give protection and a micro-society to live on. Associated with them, the child or the person get streamlined and bundled thoughts as its other members have. Other tools to make them more socialized and active are the thought tailoring and caring 'associations' such as schools, colleges, clubs etc. that have been formed out of caring people!

Hardship is a Lighter one!

Why should we lament that we have to work hard daily? Hard work remains as hard only in our thoughts – till we enter into that ‘hard’ work. Once we are into the work, the hardship disappears. This indicates that we cope with that work easily. Moreover only this hard working maintains our body health giving a good night’s sleep, whereas the lazily working gives us only troubles with its all ill effects.

Do not worry or care about the result of your aimed work. And do not let the thoughts about it enter into your mind, as they are like infecting disease hampering your work. Do your best and the most without 'foreseeing' the results that whether it will come out as bad or good. If you do your best and the most you can be sure of the fact that the outcome will also be a favorable one to you. So, in any aimed work don't expect, but do your best; the favorable result will come by itself to you!

Doubting and Fearing about a Disease?

Are you thinking or doubting that you have contracted or got a disease transmitted into your body? These thoughts themselves shall put you in a fix of fear, sorrow and anxiety. Thoughts about the disease's outcome and the affections of your future life shall also engage all your attention and time, interfering with your daily work. To avoid these, do immediately preventive measures to stop the spread of the 'doubted disease' inside your body to your at most, and get investigated (- and get cleared off the doubt), and treated for the 'disease,' if it is found at all. Then place the rest at the feet of the God. Now after this, you should shed fear from your mind and be bold to enjoy your life's day to day activities. 'Live today's life.' Don't be a loser of happy days by suspecting a non-existing disease in you!
