Freeing brain to do one thing at a time!

Do not think about what others do, did or will do and what others think, thought or shall think. If you do so, it means that you are 'thinking' with his/her brain forgetting about your own brain's presence with you! It is double or multiple works that your brain can't hold to at the same time! So, don't overload yourself with those thoughts. Leave those thoughts of others to themselves, and leave others' brains to think by themselves! You have your own senses; with them feel and enjoy your life, existing at this point of time. Don't bother about others' thoughts; free your brain from such thoughts - to feel simply one a a time and to do simply one at a time!

There is also limit to our capacity and power; this limit varies from children to older persons. Each individual must restrict his activities, that are either physical or mental, to their respective capacity and power limits only. Because, he may become incapable to do those activities next - by being thus 'limitless'!

Being excess may promote cell revolt - a hypothesis!

This following article points to the fact that one should not be excess and cross his limits in everything:
Body cells really tolerate your excesses. Most of the time your body corrects the altered chemistry due to that. And the body cells are satisfied with this correction and oblige to work as before with this satisfaction inside your body. But when these excesses become more and more, some of the cells revolt against getting the compromised supply of nutrition that results by such excesses. While other suffering cells are mediated and become tolerant and calm, these few cells begin to behave violently even before or after such mediation failure. They rob the body of the nutrition by themselves, disagreeing and deviating from the 'general genetic code' of the body; they grow and multiply by themselves, limitless and uncontrolled - becoming themselves given to excesses! Thus they become malignant cells (tumour cells or cancerous cells). When the nutrition in their present area depletes, some of them migrate over to many other areas of the body to establish their aggressiveness there too. Thus they produce their secondary growth areas! So, do not do anything in excess - to stay healthy and save yourself from such cell revolts. You can also take healthy foods that oppose cell revolts or that do mediation!
Caution:
Don't be scared; it is just a hypothesis only. And it is not a proven fact, but an indicator or alert, only to avoid such instances in you and make you to have and live a healthy, longer and enjoying life. So, the intention of this post is to promote only good habits in you!

Take rest to recover and redo!

We are living matters having all the mechanisms to recover from any injury or tiredness. This is done by our body only to restore us to healthy state, and to resume to do our regular activities. But we ignore these mechanisms compelling ourselves to do more work - even after getting tired or injured! What a craziness and addiction we have! Added to this, we, the living matters, depend also on non-living things such as alarm clocks - to wake up our tired body from sleeping! Thus we also do not respect and allow the biological clock of our body, that rings and wakes us up after our body's taking adequate rest.. Are these sensible habits? Think on it and desist from indulging in them.

Deep involvement in your work!

When you are attentive with much focus, consciousness and awareness on an object, person or work/event, you move to a different state - a state of having both presence awareness and loss of presence awareness memory of other objects, persons or works/events present surrounding you! But here, the other people around you observe this in you as a state of total loss of both presence awareness and awareness about the other materials, persons or works/events present surrounding you. They might interpret/attribute this 'inappropriate over-work' of you as either an intelligent attachment/work or a maddening attachment/work, according to their liking or disliking shown towards you, respectively!

Bringing back memory in older persons!

When persons are geting older and older, their awarness itself is impaired gradually. With it failing memory is also added. This produces a confused and hence, a doubting state in them. They are not sure about the presence or absence of the objects they see infrequently. To avoid this problem in them, the persons must have boosted interest in the objects, and do often constant memory exercises - combined with the full support from his relatives and friends. If he hasn't seen the object for a long time, that object may be brought in front of him to induce and revoke his memory capacity. Similarly, the lost memory of other persons and events can be brought back to make him cheerful once again, as before!

Being aware of persons, objects or events!

A person having healthy mind and body:
           In such a person,taking an object as an example, his constant contact of that object with the stored memory of it produces in him a state of `Presence Awareness' of it. When he has infrequent contact with it, his stored memory of it is fading slowly, producing in him a state of doubtful `Presence/Absence Awareness' of it. But when he loses contact with it completely for a long time, his stored memory of it is lost producing in him a state of `Absence Awareness' of it. But he may remember that there was such an object near him; but it is not present near him now. That's the `now absent awareness' in him!
 Now, apply this with a person instead of an object:  
           If you have a constant contact and memory of him, you remember him; if having less contact and memory of him, you slowly forget him; if you don't have contact at all and memory of him, you completely lose memory of him. (This applies also to the absence of that person by his death). But, still you remember that there was that one person like him and he is now absent near you.
 Now, it is needless to say what will happen to events, if this is applied!

We are more amusing than television!

Television gives us entertainment. So, peoples are attracted towards it and they go near it on mere seeing it - though it is not yet switched on. Its entertainment-giving capacity attracts us thus and makes us next to switch it on. But television can give entertainment only when it is switched on. Why can't we make ourselves entertaining like a television does? That too without having to be switched on? For that, make others get attracted towards you with your amusing entertainments! Then they will approach you in crowds frequently, with more and more expectations to be amused by you! The best example for this are the movie actors who attract their fans like a magnet and this television!
